With the arrival of the winter visitors please review the update:

• We reserve the right to Close early at any time
o (Many sales selling out early)
• We do NOT accept anything for under $1.00
o (Do not come to sale if you don't understand this)
• No large bills
o (Bring small bills please)
• Cash only (no checks)
• All merchandise sold "as is."
o ( no returns- check item before you purchase it)
• Professional movers are available for a fee
o (We can NOT move furniture ourselves. We can NOT allow you to move a heavy item alone)
• Sales Tax will be added to all sales unless a resale certificate is provided. (Yes - there is tax per the law so please plan accordingly)
• If there is a line only a safe number of people will be let in house.
o This is for everyone's safety.

o You are entering the sale knowing you may be recorded and if found stealing you will be arrested and prosecuted.
