- We are a licensed company and do collect tax. The combined tax rate for this sale is 8.3%. If you are tax exempt, please bring your exemption certificate.
- Be prepared to load and haul away all purchases. We can lend you a furniture dolly.

A: Please note that all items are sold as-is. We do not offer refunds or returns for any purchases.
Q: If I purchase a large item, how do I handle the pick-up?
A: Please prepared to load and haul away all of your purchases. If you need to come back to get your item, we will write you a receipt so you can pick up the item anytime during the sale's open hours. We do not deliver items.
