Upscale Mesa Estate Sale -LOADED Home-

We have a FABULOUS upscale estate coming up for you this week! This sale will be held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (June 26th, 27th, and 28th) from 8:00 am til 1:00 pm. This is a gated community.  The gates will be opened at 7:00 am and left open throughout the duration of the sale hours.  The sale is in the area of 202 Red Mountain Freeway and Gilbert Rd.

If you are a lover of fine china, you DO NOT want to miss this sale! There is a TON of Haviland/Limoges and other fine china, including lots of beautiful serving pieces. There is a set of Lenox Westwind, Belleek, Hummel, knife rests, lots of sterling and silverplate, a set of Towle sterling, a Victorian silverplate butterdish that is just extraordinary, a Victorian coffee pot with owl, a Victorian castor set, old cut glass, depression glass, paperweights, Heisey, luster ware, Heubach, crystal stemware, Cybis, Bing & Grondahl Goose Girl, jadite, antique lamps, a quilt, Roselane, and more. There is an OUTSTANDING three piece girandole set.  There is LOTS of glassware, several sets of dishes, a huge tole tray, books, antique clocks, oil paintings, prints and other artwork, oil lamps, old linens, an old trunk, a 20gallon sauerkraut crock, and SO much more!

There is a lot of fantastic antique furniture in this house as well, and it is in FABULOUS condition. There is a fabulous Victorian French Country sideboard/server with marble top, lots of occasional tables, a lovely dining table with four chairs, several Eastlake marble top occasional tables, lots of lamps, 2 Eastlake chairs, and more. There is a stunning dining room set from 1955 that includes a curved glass china closet, buffet, table (5 leaves) and 6 chairs. There is a fantastic Sheraton chest, 2 washstands, several mirrors, lots of antique chairs, rockers, Victorian settees, 2 lovely twin beds, a beautiful full-size bed, a matching chest and nightstand, a vintage cradle, a coffee table with mother of pearl and abalone inlay, a fabulously carved trunk coffee table with glass top, and more.  There is a beautiful parlor set that includes a loveseat and chair, with orchid motif.  There is also a bedroom set that will knock you socks off; it includes a full size highback bed, a washstand, and a dresser with mirror.  It is very ornate with an aesthetic floral motif.  We have a set of Henkel-Harris end tables and a matching Henkel-Harris round table in solid Wild Black Cherry.  

We have some nice jewelry at this sale as well including a 14K gold ring with a large, natural opal with amazing fire, surrounded by 16 full cut diamonds. Gorgeous! There is also a charming antique wedding set with engagement and wedding ring joined, that features a central full cut diamond flanked by baguette diamonds, all set in 14K white gold. In addition there is a 14K gold Elgin pocket watch from 1893, with ornately etched hunter case. There is another old pocket watch, a star sapphire 10K gold ring, a 10K and cultured pearl ring, gold and jade earrings, a needlepoint turquoise squash blossom (signed), a carved shell cameo with doves and a harp, Taxco sterling, Solje jewelry from Norway, tortoise shell jewelry, cuff links, and other fine and costume jewelry. 

This his a big house with a lot of good household items as well. We have a Kenmore upright freezer, a GE Adora refrigerator, a Whirlpool Supreme dryer, an easel, a top-loading projector, a book shelf, two blue recliner chairs, a TV stand, a computer desk, a lovely King size brass bed with floral design, an Emerson stereo with nice speakers and stereo cabinet, two REALLY nice pillow top twin bed mattress and boxspring sets, cookbooks, bedding, throw pillows, and other linens, a full-size Select Comfort bed STILL IN ORIGINAL BOXES, some clothing, shoes, silk plants, silk trees, a Yamaha PSR-90 keyboard from 1987, and more.

There is a lot of nice kitchen stuff, including a Kitchenaid mixer, a Cuisinart blender, a Braun food processor and much more.
