A great start to a wonderful holiday weekend begins with this sale! This beautiful home in Rancho Vistoso has a wide array of items for you to choose from. As you enter through the front door, you will immediately see the lovely floral sofa and loveseat along with several like new pieces of Thomasville furniture. As you continue into the dining area you will see the beautiful danish style table and chairs topped by the first of many pieces of blue Delft...the Tiffany and Co. vase. Don't forget to look for the stamps and the vintage Life magazine there as well. Entering the kitchen area be sure to look for the wide variety of kitchen items and small appliances along with the lovely Pyrex pieces including crazy daisy. The kitchen nook is where you will see the large collection of Blue Delft and complimentary pieces as well. Heading into the backyard you will find a table and chairs, many pots and outdoor decor and even Rubbermaid type storage for sale. Heading back inside you will see wrought iron and glass end tables and coffee table, a southwestern style sofa and loves eat and a variety of Native American and Mexican art and wool rugs. Heading into the master bedroom you will find some lovely dark wood bedroom furniture as well as linens, bath linens, and even a King sized bed. As you head back through the TV room to the other part of the house do not forget to check out the office for Cranberry glass by Avon, charming Easter and Christmas decor items and more. The 2nd bedroom has an absolutely adorable white wicker set with 2 twin beds, dresser, nightstand and bedding/curtains to match. It would be perfect for a girl's bedroom or a guest room. There is lovely art, mostly Asian and watercolors of different genres for sale throughout the home as well.
We are beginning our summer hours so we will have sign in sheet out at approximately 6:30 pm and doors will open at 7am. As this is a one day only sale we will be open until 3pm with discounts as the day progresses.
Major cross streets are Tangerine and N. 1st ave/Rancho Vistoso Blvd. Head north on Rancho Vistoso Blvd. to Woodburne. Turn left on Woodburne and right on N. Sterling. Follow to address.

Grasons does not utilize numbers. We put out a sign-up sheet the 1st day only at approx. 6:30am. At 7:00am promptly we will begin calling people into the property in the order they signed up.
We are often asked about “markers”. Grasons does not object to “markers” whoever if you want your place in line to be honored/saved you must be back in line before sign sheet goes out.
