Three Sisters Estates Rancho Vistoso Sale

Per the Sun City neighborhood guidelines, this is a one day estate sale from 9:00-5:00. Numbers are available at 7 AM and doors open at 9. At 1:30, all items will be discounted to 50% until closing at 5 PM. Please bring help to lift and carry heavy items as we are unable to assist. Delivery not available. Please be careful. Three Sisters Estates is not responsible for accidents. We accept cash and major credit cards via Square and as a licensed estate sale business in the state of Arizona, we are required to charge sales tax. As this is a family business, we run it as such. For your safety, inventory control for our clients and to adhere to fire codes, we only allow as many people in as the individual home will allow at any given moment. As people exit, more will be allowed in. Because of this, there may be periods of waiting to enter. Normally, this is only an issue the first hour or so of each day, but there are always exceptions. There also may be longer than usual wait times at checkout. We will try our best to expedite the queue whenever possible. We know this can be frustrating, but we think you'll like our prices and understand the delays.
