ALL COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WILL BE OBSERVED: MASK ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER HOME AND WILL BE PROVIDED BY PREMIER.

Please wear comfortable shoes. There are steps down to pool area and to the lower-level guest house. ((The guest house is South of the main house. If you are only coming for something in the guest house you may walk through the 2nd gate, South of main gate…or use the stairs from the main house. )))

The Buyers of the property have purchased all the patio furniture, but several large pots, French iron planters, and iron candlesticks are available for sale.

All purchases must be removed by Thursday, May 6th, and may be picked up each day between 12 and 2:30pm.

PREMIER will not take calls during sale, and will not quote prices prior to sale.

Please bring your own boxes. We will provide packing materials.
We will suggest reasonably priced, bonded movers for deliveries.

Please be courteous and respectful and do not block driveways and walkways.
Not responsible for customer safety.

Cash or credit card. State and local tax applied to all purchases. Credit cards accepted with surcharge. All sales final. All merchandise sold 'as is'.
