This week Fresh Start Estate Sale is back in Paradise Valley - a gorgeous multimillion dollar property with direct views of Camelback Mountain and surrounding peaks. This elegant home presents the best quality furniture, including Ironwood tall buffet sideboard and Ironwood dining table with 6 large tufted upholstery chairs. The grand dining room also features an exquisite custom wood mirror and very charming pair of lamps. The family room has been quite recently updated - and the exceptional set of Brown Leather Sofa, chair and matching ottoman are only 2 years old and with this being a second home - they are in absolutely showroom, marvelous condition! The amazing house we're presenting will also have a Yamaha Grand Baby Piano for sale - please let us know if you're interested, as this this along with American Heritage deluxe pool table are the only two items in the sale we may offer preview and presale for, since they do require specialty movers to be hired.
Many furniture pieces in this home have been hand selected by a famous Scottsdale located designer, and came from Europe, and other continents and countries. The lovely family also traveled a lot, and you will see the variety of international finds you may also find in this house, including some very interesting pieces of art, including some Art Deco as well as more contemporary prints and lithographs. Revere Camera Co Model 85 Projection movie camera will be also for sale - and it looks complete with case and cord! Another noticeable and impressive item in this sale is the Ovation Viper Vintage Guitar with custom case and absolutely immaculate condition!
The "musical" Living room also showcases a very fine selection of furniture with like new Custom upholstery moon-shape sofa and custom pillows, to a travertine coffee table, handmade wool rug, French Provincial dark wood credenza with 3 drawers, matching dark wood French Provincial accent chair, custom wrought iron fireplace screen and fireplace tool set, wood base tall fan, another French Provincial accent chair, heavy duty lamps, upscale decor, and more! One of our personal favorites and really unusual pieces in this home is the reclaimed wood kitchen table - imported from Europe! It's rusty look brings the kitchen a more contemporary feel with the light color and it is in extraordinary beautiful condition. The other rare find can be found right next to it - which is the marvelous also European heritage Leather top and mahogany wood game table with matching woven seat chairs and custom cushions. The woven seat chairs are all present in the kitchen and game room area , where you will find another European piece - the English style Wood and woven seats Settee with custom cushion and pillows.
The bar chairs in the kitchen and game room bar stools, along with the pool area outside bar chairs will all be available for sale - and are all great quality, with either wrought iron or wood finish, and leather seats. The selection of plants and planters is truly extraordinary here as well - with a number of enormous Cactus plants and planters available for purchase - please plan accordingly as some of these planters require professional movers, and we will not be able to assist with moving them. The European and French Provincial theme continues upstairs - with accent chair, side tables, French Provincial vintage sofa, as well as vintage rocking chairs with two different custom padding. We will also have two Twin beds for sale with custom bedding. The Master Bedroom showcases a light wood bedroom set with King Size Bed and Split King Tempur-Pedic mattress available for purchase separately. We have matching bed frame, oversized dresser with mirror, chest of drawers and two nightstands. The lamps presented in pictures will be for sale as well. We'll add some more photos of what's available in this room as we will have a great selection of brand new shoes and boots for sale here too, along with some costume jewelry, plus few Sterling silver pieces - mostly earrings with Turquoise inlay, and one small necklace. Tempurpedic pillows and other linens, crochet blankets will be for sale too!
