Online and in person purchases may be subject to sales tax, online buyers will pay a 15% buyer's premium, in person buyers will pay a 15% buyer's premium. Totals will be calculated by adding the hammer price along with the tax and appropriate fee(s). Shipping and packing will be charged to the winning bidder.

What that means to you is that you will be expected to conduct your own due diligence on each and every one of the lots that you intend to be the high bidder on in every auction that you intend to participate in. Please take advantage of any preview days, times, or opportunities and please make any necessary inquiries before bidding. The Auction company will be held harmless from any typographical errors and as such, PLEASE INQUIRE before buying if you have any questions. No information or description is guaranteed to be correct or accurate. Auction is not responsible for, or any other loss after the sale to any item purchased. All sales are final and binding and any winning bidder failing to pay upon being invoiced may forfeit any deposits and may be subject to legal recourse and may lose future bidding privileges as well. Storage fees for items paid for and set aside for pick up or that are awaiting shipping instructions may be subject to storage fees as soon as 48 hours after invoice is sent. Please be ready to pay and be sure to keep current shipping instructions on file. Any items not paid for within 48 hours of the close of the Auction may be charged storage fees and repeat offenders may have their items forfeit and re sold in a future auction or donated to charity or disposed of and may have future bidding privileges may be revoked. The Auction reserves the right to withdraw any item prior to the start of bidding on any item advertised as without reserve, the auction reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller for any item advertised as with reserve, up to, but not above, reserve amount and may choose to withdraw items with reserve.
