This weekend Fresh Start is in Peoria! What a wonderful estate we have for you here, right in the heart of gorgeous Westbrook Village Community!
Take a look at the beautiful SUV we have for sale here! It is 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0 with less than 16,000 miles on it! We are asking $15,000 or best offer and it is in great condition! Absolute steal of a car for anyone looking for a low mileage, clean, one owner car... We will also have a gas golf cart for sale here as well. Great mileage and condition again, as this was a second home for this amazing Washington family...
Many of the furniture pieces, leather like new brown recliners, and other chairs, in different colors all came from Lazy Boy, so please expect a Lazy Boy piece in basically every room. We also have some contemporary decor from Crate & Barrel, Pier 1 and decor stores, as well as Ladlows and Living Spaces. One of the bedroom sets was actually created custom, Soutwestern style, solid wood. The other is more of lighter also solid wood frame, with matching nightstands, dresser with mirror, chest of drawers and more.. Please note we also will have a small selection of patio furniture for sale too, as well as accent pieces, including contemporary like new end tables and a coffee table.
We will have some amazing kitchen items for sale here, such as contemporary dish sets, multiple coffee makers, a large Oster toaster oven, a contemporary glass and iron kitchenette table with matching chairs, some cute linens, kitchen towels, sheet sets, bedding sets, and more. We will also have a coat closet full of men and women's golf clothing and jackets - that would go great with your golf cart or golf clubs purchase!!
The whole closet is actually full of great quality clothing - sizes small to large for women, and mostly large for men. From evening wear, to jackets, to dress shirts, and tons of handmade sweaters, we may truly have it all.
Please take a look at the selection of tools, cleaning supplies, golf accessories, golf balls, golf clubs, golf bags, most placed in the garage. There is also a great selection of contemporary like new lamps here, as well as plenty of flat screen TVs, games, shelving units, rugs, contemporary art priced so reasonably too! Everything must go in this house, and since this is a second home most items are like new or basically new and inquisite condition and of quality!
