This home contains hundreds of the previous residents professional photography, framed and unframed, Professional Canon Pro-4000 printer and many Antoine Proulx custom made modern furniture pieces.

Let us start first with the abundant framed and unframed artwork. Every inch of available wall space has some type of framed artwork displayed. There are also two full tables consisting of hundreds of unframed artwork, ranging in size from 8" x 8" to pieces over 6 feet tall. Most are black and white photos some with a splash of color. That being said, many do contain tastefully done adult themed images and subject matter. Photos have only been taken of images that could be edited for advertising purposed, however, hundreds more exist that could not be posted in this advertising forum. For this reason, we kindly ask that no small children attend this event.

Next up are the amazing Proulx pieces. The balanced asymmetry are unmatched and highly sought after. Each piece is in itself a work of art. Every piece is custom ordered and created for the customer with the finishes of their choosing, so every piece is in fact unique. You will be overwhelmed to see this many pieces in one location at the same time. Armoires, Beds, End Tables, Side Tables, Benches and Bookcases are all waiting for you!

Since our client was obviously a photographer, we have darkroom supplies, tripods and lighting. (No cameras however) There are rolls and rolls of both linen and photo paper to be used with the professional Canon 4000 printer. The printer is flawless and in perfect working condition.

Let us not forgo the rest of the residence, from the books, decor, antique items, hand tools and kitchen items. Notable in this section is the book "Arcology, The City in the Image of Man," hand signed by the master planner himself, Paolo Soleri. Though not the first edition printing, the signature makes this rare architectural book truly special.

Lastly, every table you encounter at the residence is also for sale, including the solid steel checkout table. Tables may have items on top, but the tables underneath are to be sold as well. Solid steel, rolling butcher block tops, drafting tables and work tables.
