To help us keep the sale organized and secure, we ask that you leave handbags, totes, boxes, and large bags at home. Small purses for your phone and wallet are perfectly fine. We’ll provide shopping baskets, and our team will provide a bag for your items at checkout.

We're heading to one of Phoenix's most charming historic neighborhoods for a sale filled with vintage character, timeless treasures, and wonderful finds. Join us in Encanto and discover what makes shopping estate sales so much fun!
NOTICES
- Important Friday Morning Traffic Notice: Left turns into the neighborhood are prohibited between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM due to rush-hour traffic restrictions. If arriving during these hours, please plan an alternate route and enter the neighborhood where turns are permitted. This restriction only affects Friday morning; Saturday and Sunday are not impacted.
- Limited Occupancy: The house is very small, so we will only be able to allow 10 people at a time inside the house.
- No Carry-Alls Allowed: To help us keep the sale organized and secure, we ask that you leave handbags, totes, boxes, and large bags at home. Small purses for your phone and wallet are perfectly fine. We’ll provide shopping baskets, and our team will provide a bag for your items at checkout.
