Post WWI Bronze figure. Base measures 13 x 15”. Figure measures 32” high and 16” wide. Extremely heavy. It depicts a farmer digging in his field and unearthing a helmet pierced by a bullet shell, realizing a grave of a hastily buried soldier lies beneath his feet.
