Thank you for your interest in our estate/moving sale. All items are sold as is, where is. We accept cash or debit/credit cards for purchases over $100.00. Please plan accordingly if you plan a larger purchase. Our staff is not always available or able to help move items. We are not responsible for items that are left unattended after the time of purchase. Items must be removed from the property before the estate sale has concluded. Re-usable bags are welcome, but be prepared to have them inspected upon entering and exiting the sale. By entering the estate sale, you agree that the following: All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty, expressed or implied, nor implied warranty of merchantability. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alacrity Estate Services LLC and it's Client, for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during or after the sale and removal of the sold items. Customers are solely responsible for their own due diligence. CAR BUYERS - A bill of sale will be issued after payment is received in full. We will then set a date and time to meet at a third party DMV location to transfer title. Tax exempt? We require a copy of your CURRENT ARIZONA resale license and a completed AZ Form 5000A, which we keep on file. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or comments.
