We want to get dealers in and out quickly,
let them make their purchases so they can go on to other sales.
Not that they are more important but because they are in a big hurry.

No rowdy children (or they will get an expresso and a small puppy)

As a company we have to charge sales tax according to the state of Arizona.
Resellers must fill out a form and show a copy of their resale license
All sales are final and sold as is.
No refunds, exchanges or merchandise guarantees. Plug it in before buying

We are not responsible for accidents or injuries while on the premise.

You are responsible for removal of items you purchase.
Please arrange for help to remove those items. We’re old, can’t help.
Please bring your own boxes, tape and wrapping paper.
Items purchased must be removed before 12 noon on the last day of sale.
All merchandise must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not hold items that are not paid for.
We kindly ask no picking fruit. It looks better in pictures while you are trying to sell a home.
