At this point, our goal is simple:

WE WANT IT GONE.

If you see something you like, make us a reasonable offer — even if it already has a price tag on it.

We are motivated to sell, happy to negotiate, and especially open to offers if you are buying multiple items.

We specifically have several queen-size mattresses and queen bed frames that we would really like to move during this sale.

If you need a guest-room setup, spare bed, mattress, frame, or multiple pieces, please come take a look.

CLOTHING

We have plenty of clothing available.

T-SHIRTS ARE $1 EACH

unless specifically marked otherwise.

Other clothing is also priced to move.

KIDS' TOYS & MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS

There will also be kids' toys and other miscellaneous items.

Many will be extremely inexpensive.

If you see a toy or small item and think, “Would they take $1 for this?”

We have more inventory than we can reasonably put outside at one time.

As things sell and space opens up, we will continue bringing additional items out throughout the day.

So the sale may look different at 2 PM than it did at 8 AM.

SPECIALTY VINTAGE DISHWARE — AVAILABLE BY REQUEST

We also have two vintage dishware collections available, but they will NOT be sitting outside with the general garage-sale merchandise because both are in very good condition and we do not want them unnecessarily handled or damaged.

2. Vintage 1970s orange-pattern dinnerware set

NO BOOKS OR VINYL THIS WEEK

We will not have books or vinyl records out during this sale.

Those are being handled separately.

NEED FURNITURE DELIVERED?

For select furniture and larger items — including mattresses and bed frames — local delivery may be available for an additional fee using our trailer.

Delivery cost will depend on:

1. Distance
2. Size and weight
3. Stairs or difficult access
4. Whether an additional helper is required

Ask us about delivery before purchasing and we can discuss options.

OUTDOOR SALE ONLY

The property is currently under construction, so the sale is entirely outdoors.

Please do not enter:

1. The house
2. Storage containers
3. Garage/work areas
4. Active construction areas

Please supervise children and bring appropriate help for heavy items.
