Cross Streets: N 19th Ave/W Osborn Rd

Address will be released Friday December 1st at 5am. Closest cross streets are available days in advance so if you choose to wait in a parking lot nearby you can do so. You may place a "marker" but you must stay on or near property. A Grasons crew member will begin sign up at 7:30 am. Please make sure you are in line by 7:45am to line up so we can let people in beginning at 8am.

With the number of items in homes we are unable to answer any calls, emails, texts regarding pricing, dimensions, condition, purchasing items before the sale, pre-sale buy-outs, availability, etc. Thanks for your understanding

Fri: 8am to 2pm 10% off when you spend over $100 (pre-tax)

Sat: 8am to 2pm 50% off most items

We no longer accept credit cards for Purchases Under $5. If you wish to make a credit/card purchase for under $5 an Additional service charge of $1 will be accessed.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING HELP FOR ANY LARGE/HEAVY ITEM. STAFF IS typically not able to help. If needed Grasons can provide contact info for local movers
