There is a 10% Buyers Premium on all in house purchases, 15% for in state online purchases. Deposits are not required to bid. Must pre-register before 6pm for auction to obtain bidder # or register online to obtain bidder number.
Preview is Monday between 12 and 6 pm day of auction. You can view and bid before hand online.
Proxy bids are accepted from registered bidders in good standing that are not registered as online bidders.

Be prepared to pay for your purchases with in 24 hours of end of auction. We accept Credit Card and Cash as payment. NO CHECKS! Bring your own packing paper and or boxes for your items. You have till following day to remove your purchases. No items will leave auction without first paying for items and checking them out with one of our staff. Buyer assumes responsibility for anything lost. stolen or broken when they leave items on the property. If you choose to pick up following day, we are open between 12 and 5 for pickups. Anything left after following day will have a $5.00 dollar per day charge, per lot/item # until which time charge is greater than the cost of purchases. At that time lot/item # becomes the property of auction house as payment of fees. Please don't make us enforce this!!!! Space is precious to us and we need things removed for next auction.
