All items are sold as-is. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. We accept cash and credit/debit cards, Apple Pay. No checks. Prices are firm on first sale day. Discounts may be offered on subsequent days at our discretion.

Entry is first-come, first-served. No previews or early sales unless specifically advertised.

Customers are responsible for items once picked up. We do not hold items without payment. Paid items must be picked up within the designated timeframe. Buyers are responsible for moving purchased items. Please bring appropriate help and vehicles. We do not provide labor.

Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items. Sales may be monitored by staff and/or security cameras.

Be respectful of the home and property. Please park legally and do not block driveways or mailboxes. No large bags or purses may be permitted. Children must be supervised at all times.

Sales tax will be applied where required by law. Sale hours and conditions may change due to weather or safety concerns.
