Is this an estate sale?

Kinda.

Is it a bunch of estate sale leftovers?

Absolutely not.

These are items I personally pick from client homes and storage units that were unable to have their own full estate sale.

Most of the time, I sort, photograph, and run these items through online auction. But once a month, we open it up as a special outdoor sale for our regular shoppers, dealers, resellers, collectors — and you.

Will everything be perfectly priced, staged, and displayed?

Not so much.

This is more of a digger’s treasure sale, and that’s the fun of it. There will be tables, boxes, piles, and plenty of unexpected finds to look through.

Most items will be quoted in the $3–$20 range. I encourage shoppers to make piles, and I’ll give you a reasonable bundle price.
