To help us keep the sale organized and secure, we kindly ask that you leave handbags, totes, boxes, and large bags at home. Small purses for your phone and wallet are perfectly fine. We’ll provide shopping baskets, and our team will carefully bag your items at checkout.

Security of Jewelry & Valuables
For the protection of our clients, fine jewelry and small high-value items are not stored onsite before, during, or after sale hours. These items are secured offsite and brought in only at designated times, if at all. No valuables remain in the home outside supervised sale hours.

Pre-Sale Policy
Unless otherwise announced, items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis during published sale hours. Select items may be made available prior to the sale at our discretion; however, most merchandise will not be pre-sold or held.

Items are sold as-is. We encourage you to inspect your purchases and receipts before leaving. Once items leave the property, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
