This estate sale comes from the beautiful Gainey Ranch Estates!  We've had to move the estate to another home location because the home is in a gated community.  So, we've found an off-site location at a rental home!  

We do not have movers to help you load items purchased.  You must bring someone to lift the other end or help load your items.  We also do not have a delivery service.  Our apologies.  

  ALL ITEMS ARE FROM A SMOKE-FREE AND PET-FREE HOME!  

All items were purchased brand new.  This home was vacation home that just sold.  As you'll see, everything still looks brand new and is in excellent condition.  Furniture was purchased at Ladlows in Scottsdale and home accessories were purchased at Nordstrom, Macy's, Copenhagen, Tiera Del Lagarto & Fiesta Home Furnishings.  

The furnishings are Contemporary and the accessories are Southwestern and Contemporary.  

There are no tools or garage items in this sale.  We are booked solid with private and public sales until the end of April.  2 are extremely large homes, so watch out for our sales to coming up too.
