The house isn’t finished, but we’re finished with a whole lot of stuff.

We are clearing out years of furniture, clothing, household goods, records, décor, collectibles, equipment, and all kinds of random finds while our home is under construction.

This is not a tiny garage sale with one folding table. We have a large amount of inventory and will be bringing out additional items throughout the sale, so what you see first thing in the morning may be completely different from what is available later in the day.

NEW ITEMS ADDED THROUGHOUT THE DAY

We are intentionally not putting everything out at once.

Items will be rotated and replenished throughout the day as space opens up, so later shoppers will still have plenty to look through. If you enjoy digging for unexpected finds, this is probably your kind of sale.

We also have a large amount of back-stock, so certain categories may be replenished multiple times during the sale.

FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS

We will have a variety of furniture and larger pieces available.

Please bring help and an appropriate vehicle if you are purchasing something large.

For select furniture and oversized items, local delivery may be available for an additional fee using our trailer. Delivery charges will depend on distance, item size, stairs, and whether an additional person is needed to assist with moving.

SPECIALTY & HIGHER-VALUE ITEMS

Some commercial, professional, collectible, or higher-value items may also be available.

These items may be individually priced and may not follow typical garage-sale pricing. Feel free to ask questions about anything you are interested in.
