• Cash only.   Bring your own help, transportation & packing material.  We will not have help onsite for lifting and carrying large furniture, so please plan ahead for moving & transporting.
• Please be respectful -   NOT an estate sale company, this is a private sale.   The loved one who passed on was a special person. We don't want to soil her memory with unnecessary "issues."
• We will price everything to move.   If you see it and want it, don't wait for a mark down--this is NOT an estate sale company, there will NOT be a ”half price day.” 
• Many items in this sale are irreplaceable antiques and vintage rare designer pieces.   No children or pets.  No backpacks, shopping totes or large purses.    Security will be onsite.  Cash will be removed from site regularly.
• No facilities onsite (no working restrooms).  Please plan accordingly.   
• Please don’t block driveways or walk across yards.  Paradise Valley Golf Property – let’s be mindful of the neighbors.  THANK YOU SO MUCH in advance for understanding.
