COMMUNITY HAS VERY NARROW STREETS....PLEASE PARK ON 1 SIDE OF THE STREET ONLY AND DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS.

  • Clothes from size 12 to 3X - a lot from the 70s and 80s.

  • A beautiful WURLITZER piano - gorgeous piece and seems to be in tune.
  • Matching lift top piano stool  *See pictures below*
  • Quite a bit of sheet music and music books
  • 2 matching rocker recliners that were loved to the point of being worn on the arms but they're Lazy Boys so still work perfectly and are still comfortable
