We have been holding estate sales in San Diego, Imperial and Riverside Counties for over 30 years. My husband Bob has been in this industry since 1977.

IF YOU ARE A RESELLER...Bring your resale license.
We will be collecting the tax due the city.
Cash, Debit / Credit Cards for purchases over $30 only American Express cards 2% additional charge
We apologize we cannot help you load or remove any large items you purchase. Please plan ahead and have someone to call should you need assistance.

No large purses or backpacks
No rowdy children (or they will get an expresso and a small puppy)
No pets
No public bathroom
FIRM: We will hold merchandise with a non refundable 20% down payment with an agreement to pick up your merchandise before sale day ends. If your item is not picked up or you have not contacted us to make other arrangements your items will be put back for sale. Easy rules.
