This home has many beautiful and new items that have been showcased and will be available for purchase this Thursday and Friday only. We have a like new leather sectional (original retail $4,500 - asking very little) and a brand new electric leather reclining chair with USB on the side. Most of the furniture in fact in this household is either new or like new. We'll have a like new Queen size mattress with spring box still in plastic and like new Sleigh Wood headboard and footboard, as well as another Queen bed with similar frame but adjustable base and a remote, in amazing condition as well. Many of the nightstands, dressers, chest of drawers, etc are like new or have been purchased very recently - we'll have a mix of styles - contemporary, Boho and slightly traditional among the solid wood pieces. 

The selection of handbags in this estate is rather extraordinary with numerous Michael Kors and Coach purses available... Majority of them have very light signs of use, and some will come with dustbags, original keychains, etc. We have two Coach wallets for sale too, and even two different Jimmy Choo reading glasses, Jimmy Choo sunglasses, Kate Spade sunglasses, Lilly Pulitzer reading glasses, and other designer reading glasses or sunglasses. There are also plenty of designer shoes, mostly by Michael Kors and Coach. The sizes differ, but it is mostly Women's 9.5 and 10. There are plenty of newer sneakers by Adidas, Puma, Under Armour, Nike, and more. We also have tons of women's chico clothing, brand new sweat suits, Jones New York Leather jacket in Large size, as well as plenty of Women's clothing in sizes large to XL, to 2W.

The living room will have two different flat screen tvs for sale at a very attractive price, a gray contemporary shaggy rug, a contemporary brand new lamp on a wooden tripod, contemporary metal turquoise TV stand, coffee table on wheels, dining table with 4 matching chairs, and inlay artwork, curio corner cabinet with lighting, and more...

The garage has some selection of tools, including wireless Black & Decker drill with battery, hand tools, gardening tools, brand new Lifetime folding chairs, other folding chairs, tons of Christmas decor, including brand new stockings, brand new sets of Christmas ornaments, garlands, brand new large ribbons, sterilite and other brands storage bins, lightweight aluminum stepladder, tons of cleaning supplies, tupperware, crockpots, vintage Cuisinart toaster and coffee maker, commercial grade baking pans and so much more! We also dedicated one of the rooms to sawing and crochet supplies - we have tons of yarn, some brand new, some slightly used - including blanket making very soft wool yarn. We will also have a great selection of reading books by James Patterson, Mary Higgins Clark and John Grisham in the said room, along with some bibles and cookbooks...
