PLEASE NOTE: We Do Not Charge Additional Fees for the use of Credit Cards. However, Beginning August 1, 2016 Credit Cards will only be Accepted with PURCHASES $20.00 OR GREATER. Otherwise, please bring CASH.
We Do Not Hold Unpaid Items Without a Non-refundable Deposit of 25% of the Purchase Price. Once an Item is paid in full, we ask that you pick up your items by 3 pm on Saturday.
Please inspect your purchases and receipts, we do not give refunds or allow returns or exchanges of any kind once you have left the property.
All items are sold "AS IS"/"WHERE IS".
No returns, exchanges or merchandise guarantees.
Please respect the home and the property and Do Not block driveways, this includes neighbors driveways.
Enter at your own risk; we are not responsible for accidents and injuries.
We will try to answer questions regarding items, but are NOT ABLE TO GIVE OUT PRICING INFO.
