Join us in Ahwatukee for a packed three-day estate sale, January 29–31 from 8:30am–1:30pm daily. This home is filled with an impressive mix of vintage and modern finds, including a large vinyl collection, clothing, comic books, household goods, tools, jewelry, trading cards, art, furniture, workout equipment, and much more! Whether you’re a collector, reseller, or just love a great estate sale, there’s something here for everyone!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Sale Dates: 1/29/2026 – 1/31/2026 from 8:30am–1:30pm daily
- Location: Address will be posted the morning of the sale (crossroads: 48th St & Knox, Ahwatukee)
- Payment: Cash and cards accepted. All sales are final—no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please inspect items before purchasing. No holds or presales.
- Tax: We are required to collect a 9.1% sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, please bring your certificate.
- Furniture Pickup: Large furniture pickup may need to be scheduled outside of sale hours. Please bring help to move and load furniture. Staff cannot assist with lifting.
- Entry: Limited entry may be enforced to ensure shopper safety. First come, first served—no early birds. We do respect line markers. Please be prepared to wait during busy periods.
- Packing & Loading: Please bring your own boxes, bags, and packing materials, as well as help to load large items.
- Parking: Please do not block driveways and be mindful of neighbors.
- Safety: Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
