Join us for an incredible, packed estate sale next week in beautiful Ahwatukee! This three-day sale begins Thursday, June 11, and runs through Saturday, June 13, from 8:30am to 1:30pm daily. The address will be posted the morning of the sale, with cross streets at Knox Rd and 36th St. This fascinating estate comes from a world traveler, collector, and author and is filled with unique treasures gathered over a lifetime of adventure. Highlights include an authentic antique Native American blanket, collectibles and artifacts from around the world, an extensive library featuring antique books, rare books, first editions, and more, along with vintage and antique furniture, jewelry, clothing, tools, sporting goods, vintage dolls and toys, household goods, and countless other discoveries throughout the home. Whether you’re a collector, reseller, book lover, or simply enjoy uncovering one-of-a-kind treasures, this is a sale you won’t want to miss.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Dates and Times: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, June 11th, 12th, and 13th, from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM daily
- Location: Near Knox Rd and 36th St in Ahwatukee (the address will be posted here the morning of the sale at 5:30am)
- Limited Entry: Due to space constraints, entry will be limited to the first 40 shoppers. Additional shoppers will be admitted as space becomes available. Please be prepared to wait.
- Furniture and Large Items: Bring help to move furniture. Some large items may need to be picked up outside of sale hours; please plan accordingly.
- Safety: Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
- Condition of Items: All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or exchanges. Please take the time to inspect/test all items before purchasing.
- Packing Materials: Bring your own boxes, bags, and packing materials.
- Sales Tax: 9.1% sales tax will be added to all purchases. If you are tax exempt, please bring a copy of your current Arizona reseller license (TPT). No exceptions.
- Payment: Cash and cards accepted. No holds unless paid in full.
- First Come, First Served: No pre-sales or early entry. Come early for the best selection.
- Parking: Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways.
