This will be a 4 day sale with all advertised items available the day the sale opens. As usual the Roadrunner Policy is NO PRE SALES.

 

All major appliances and wall mounted TV's will remain with the house. We will sell some flat screens and a large screen Mitsubishi rear projection.  Some of the LARGE furniture pieces will require professional movers to handle.  Co-ordination of these services will need to be at off peak times so careful moving practices may be observed.  We can contact movers for your convenience.

Also, king bedroom furniture is on the second floor so you must use stairs to view this prior to purchasing.   

As always, if it is at our sale IT CAME FROM THE HOUSE IT STAYS AT THE HOUSE AND IS SOLD AT THE HOUSE "no funny stuff"
