Some on the items we have at this sale include a 2011 Polaris ATV which is partially disasembled but in great shape. We do have the motor that has to be assembled with the ATV.

We also have a 1993 Toyota Landcruiser which runs great with approx 210,000 miles with a snorkle kit. We will be also selling a fully enclosed 2002 Trailer which is carpeted inside, and has a built-in Air Conditioner. A riding mower and mini trailer is also available at this sale. Another car for sale here is a 1999 Toyota Camry XLL model available with approx 200,000 miles. All these items will be priced and sold during our two day Estate Sale starting August 1st and 2nd. Nothing has been sold as of 7/28/25.

This house was a car and mechanic/racing enthusiast heaven. There are quite a few "toys" as described above available for sale, but furthermore there are plenty of tools and industry items and accessories available for sale here as well! There are hand tools, but also large power tools, plus tons of mechanic shop type of items available for sale, such as Craftsman tool box, a large air compressor, multi selection of sockets and socket sets, different size and type of car jacks. We will also have some vintage tool available for sale as well.

The inside of the house presents some newer furniture, such as leather like sofa in perfect condition, two incredible Retro vintage Capiz shell 1970s chandeliers - ready to bring that elegant midcentury look into your home - one of the chandeliers is about 4 ft high, while the other jusst over 1.5ft. They are both magnificent and a truly rare find especially in this condition.
