We accept cash and credit/debit cards but no checks. Photo ID will be required on card purchases OVER $100.

IF you bring your own “sold” labels into our sales keep in mind that if the label goes on an item you must purchase it or you will not be allowed to purchase anything else.

Please bring your own bags and boxes as well as wrap for items.

Please bring your own help to move and load boxes and furniture. Grasons Co of Southern Az and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in or around the home.

We do collect sales tax as we are a licensed business in the State of Arizona.
Effective 2025: We will no longer accept credit cards for Purchases Under $5. If you wish to make a credit/card purchase for under $5 an Additional service charge of $1 will be accessed.

Grasons of Southern AZ is honored to invite you to an exciting sale in Rio Rico- just 1 hour south of Tucson.

Numbers will be handed out on the first day, Saturday at 8:30am. You must be in line to receive a number. Limit of 2 numbers per person. Customers will be let into the home in numerical order beginning at 9:00am.

PLEASE NOTE: Many people ask if we accept markers, we do not police or supervise markers. However, we do not have an issue with people using them. This is between the customers waiting in line. We hand out numbers half hour before the sale starts. You must be by your marker at that time if you are not, we will move past you to the people that are standing in line.
