Sale will be from 8am - 4pm. Prices will be as tagged from 8am -12:45pm. Sale is closed from 12:45pm -1pm. From 1pm-4pm, prices will be 50% off tagged price on selected items.
Prices are not negotiable at any time during the sale. Prices are as tagged on each item.
Sales tax will be added at time of purchase
All items are sold as is and all sales are final
Saddlebrooke Estate Gals, staff, and Homeowner are not responsible for accidents on sale property. Sale customers must use extreme caution when walking on this property.
We are not movers. Please make sure you have someone available to move items. We have a moving company we can recommend if needed.
Customers are responsible for pickup of any purchases by end of day. We have contact info for movers, but we are not responsible for move coordination

We have a great sale with numerous high quality items. This is not a sale to miss!! Sale items include: antiques, patio set, clothes, paintings, decorative art, and furniture
Important COVID-19 Message
Due to the rapidly escalating situation with the COVID-19 outbreak, as well as regard to Federal and local guidelines, we will comply with the following during this estate sale:
If you have symptoms of ANY illness ( e.g., fever, chills, aches and pain, cold, flu, allergies, unknown illness, etc), please do not attend this sale.
1) Adherence to social distancing of more than six feet while shopping in the home of the estate sale.
2) No more than 4 people, other than staff will be allowed in the home at any time. Admittance is on a first come, first served basis.
3) We ask that you limit your shopping time to 20 minutes or less
5) Once you checked out, please leave immediately so others may enter the sale
6) Limit handling items in the home unless you intend to buy the item. All items are displayed for easy viewing.
