Photo ID will be required on card purchases OVER $100. IF you bring your own “sold” labels into our sales keep in mind that if the label goes on an item you must purchase it or you will not be allowed to purchase anything else. Please bring your own bags and boxes as well as wrap for items. Please bring your own help to move and load boxes and furniture. Grasons Co of Southern Az and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in or around the home. We do collect sales tax as we are a licensed business in the State of Arizona.

10am to 12pm at AIRPORT: 75829 E. Avenida de Aviacion, San Manuel AZ 85631 (For holiday items, some tools, and building supplies). Please call (520)900-2057 when you arrive. We will walk to the gate, give you directions and walk with you to and from the hangar where the items are located.

Grasons of Southern Az is thrilled to have been selected to bring you this 1 of a kind sale just in time for Christmas! These homeowners have spent years building an elaborate holiday display in their yard and downsizing is the reason they are liquidating the entire collection. From 11 feet tall animatronic Nutcrackers, outdoor train, 2 dimensional life sized, hand painted, very detailed Nativity Scene, 8 foot tall Scarecrow and much much much more! In addition there are power and hand tools and an entire home with a brass mythical unicorn pegasus horse floor statue, beautifully cared for furniture, 8ft x 4ft utility trailer, outdoor patio set, Roland player piano, king size Sleep number bed, vintage fur by Berger, woman's clothing, kitchen items, outdoor patio set, DVDs and on and on!

Christmas items and Halloween items as well as some tools and building supplies are for sale at a separate location 5 minutes from the home address. That address is San Manuel Airport 75829 E. Avenida de Aviacion.

PLEASE NOTE: As you shop our estate sale this weekend, your health and safety as well as that of our employees are of utmost importance. For these reasons the following restrictions will be followed:

*Masks MUST be worn the entire time you are attending the sale, at either location, inside or outside.

*If we feel that the amount of people in the home exceeds the social distancing guidelines we reserve the right to limit the number of people in the home at one time.

*Please be aware of social distancing guidelines and try to remain 6 feet apart whenever possible
Please Note: We have a very limited amount of bags and boxes at every sale and can't provide for everyone. When possible please bring your own bags, boxes and wrap for your new treasures and help us as we once again "liquidate this house"!
