PayPal is accepted for payment prior to pick up. The Customer must pay for auctioned property prior to Pick-Up. Exceptions to this rule will be made under the following conditions: if the Customer has a consistent history of buying from CT On-Line and a history of paying at Pick-Up. Customers who have not paid for property at the time of Pick -Up forfeit any claim to the property and understand that the forfeited property may be sold to another buyer. Exceptions to this rule will be made under the following conditions: If the Customer contacts C.T. via telephone (not email) and states they are unable to pick up the items on the scheduled Pick-Up day. Payment must be made in order to hold the item(s) and a pick up date and time scheduled within 7 days. Additional fees will be applied for this courtesy as follows: $25.00 for transport fee and 1.00 per day storage and handling fee. Picking up purchased items on the scheduled auction Pick-Up date will assist the customer in avoiding these fees. Should the customer fail to pick up the items they purchased within the 7 days following the initial auction Pick-Up date the items will be considered abandoned, will be resold and the payment for those items forfeited. Buyers MUST bring help carry and load purchased items. CT employees are unable to assist with loading.
