You're going to want to stop by our two day sale, Friday and Saturday, January 3rd and 4th, 2025. 50% off starting at 8:00 am on Saturday! Can't make it at 8? Try coming by at 11 when we discount everything by 75%!!!

It is a private family estate sale with many interesting items. Looking for more than the usual items at an estate sale? Stop here, in the Old Town Scottsdale area. We have unique furniture, primitive yard art, two older sewing machines and sewing equipment, Xmas decorations, tools, an extensive salt and pepper collection, and one of the biggest chicken collections of decor you will ever see.

Follow our signs which will guide you into the quaint neighborhood area between Granite Reef and the 101, and Thomas and McDowell where this family resided for over 30 years. Because the family grew bigger, the house was added to several times, so there are slight differences in flooring heights. Be sure to watch your step as you browse the many items available for sale.

Many items were sold today-Friday, but much remains to look at for the first, or perhaps... second time.
