Please note that this is a gated community and we have special instructions for you to come to the sale. Carpool if possible.
1. Please do not come before 9:45, as the guard will not let you in.
2. When you get to the gate tell the guard (Dave) you are attending a 'farewell to Carol'. She lives in unit 51.
