• We are required by law to charge sales tax on all purchases. If you have a current Arizona Transaction
Privilege Tax (TPT) license you must present a copy & fill out the state required form prior to paying.
• We understand accidents happen but if you break it you must buy it. We have to account for all items.
• All items sold as is. No returns. All items represented to the best of our ability. It is up to buyer to do their due
diligence when purchasing second hand items.
• We reserve the right to inspect shoppers bags, purses and pockets.

A few things to know about this sale....
· No purses, backpacks or shopping bags allowed inside as we have a lot of breakables. Only open boxes will be allowed. Just put your cards or cash in your pocket and come on in!!
· There is an unfenced pool at this property. If you bring your children be prepared to hold their hand while in backyard.
