This week we have two sales happening in Scottsdale area! This one is the renown guard-gated community of Stonegate in Central Scottsdale. The house is absolutely packed with beautiful items, fine art, fine furniture by W Schillig, Aspen Home among other brands...

There will be a small selection of sterling silverware for purchase here - a sterling silver goblet, collectible Scandinavian sterling silver top and crystal salt and pepper shakers, sterling weighted candle holders, a few small sterling spoons and forks, as well as tons and tons of silverplated vintage items, such as straw stirrers by PM from Italy circa 1960s, mother pearl handle silver plated spoons, dessert spoons, big Sheffield silver plated serving and carving utensils and more! Please note the kitchen is also packed with tons of collectible midcentury plates, platters and serving dishes including 1970s Arthur Court and Wilton, as well as 1965 pottery by famous artists. It is a definite midcentury modern house with square white dishes by Hotel Collection (the family definitely bought only the best and believe it or not these plates retail at $100/pc and will be sold at absolute bargain!), but also Zwillig flatware set, tons of artistic stoneware plates and platters and art glass cereal bowls among many other unique items. Kitchen is also where you will find the very unique copper top small bistro table with like new contemporary chairs.

Contemporary and like new furniture is truly present around the whole house. W Schillig leather brown sectional with a matching leather swivel chair screams midcentury modern with its amazing high quality craftsmanship and is truly like new. The rug in the same room is grey with white accents, presenting Tree of Life. Between wall decor and brutalist wall art pieces they are almost all modern or by famous artists. All the rugs in the house are wool pile and with contemporary design. We will have sizes from 4x6 to 8x10 to 9x12, approximately. 

The family was a true pottery and clay pots collector, including pieces by Native American tribes, but also tons of Tonala pottery, and Jewish artistic pottery, as well as vintage Tarajumara pots. There are also some copper pots, a copper vintage kettle for sale here. There will be tons of armatale, as well as pewter dishes and platters by Wilton, Arthur Court and other brands or artists, as some may be signed. The beautiful cowhide ottoman in the living room is definitely priced to sell, as are the cowhide pillows on the sectional. The bedroom sets are of high quality too - one by Aspen Home, solid wood with sleigh bed and literally brand new Sleep Number C4 flex King bed mattress... We do have midcentury modern end tables in this room, as well as like new beautiful Aspen Home dresser as well as another vintage dresser with two magnificent contemporary lamps. The guest bedroom set is by Living Spaces, picturing a midcentury modern look as well... All bedding is fabulous and from department stores and definitely like new!

This house will also present a lot of Talavera pieces, among some more unusual items such as rocking carved Spanish Horse, a Spanish MCM birthing chair, a teak Turquoise implemented patio coffee table, a famous Hairy Ape Max Kalish bronze, vintage Heron Martinez Peacock "Tree of Life" clay sculpture, multiple brass figures and sculptures, a Faberge red crystal egg, among multiple signed paperweights and glass vintage figures, including Fenton, Orrefors, Val Lambert and Waterford...
