The sale we have this weekend is absolutely gorgeous! The home which is one of the multiple homes this family ownes has been designed and decorated to the detail! This beautiful estate, as their only Arizona home, will represent many Southwestern accents, and so we will have multiple high quality Agave metal plants in large cement/concrete planters with desert like rock-decor. There will me metal quails, a pig, a small iron coyote, among multiple copper and iron decor and accents in this house. This is also a home where you can get a very nice quality decorative baskets - at a bargain!

The back patio furniture is made by Landgrave, similar to Cast Classics company that specializes in patio furniture to last for decades and look great. The cushions are by Sunbrella - another great company. We will also have some wicker chairs, two different tile tables, patio decor and items such as hoses, patio heaters and such for sale here as well...

We will have some sterling silver jewelry here for sale too - mostly necklaces, bracelets and a few pieces by Foree, but also a couple of Michele watches, and a ladies' vintage Rolex watch with slight damage to the face. There will be plenty of upscale costume jewelry from places like Nordstroms, Neiman Marcus, Macy's & Dillard's among other stores...

All of the  furniture here is like new and basically a showroom condition and quality. We will be selling four King Size mattresses, one by Thomasville Beautyrest, one by Sealy, and two other brands - mostly like new. Two of the King bed frames with headboards and footboards are availab le for sale here too! We'll be selling an entire Master bedroom set - very high quality solid wood by Aspen Home at a very attractive price! The set consists of the bed frame, two nightstands, chest of drawers and a dresser - most in excellent condition, with some wear just to the nightstands. The casita King bed set will have a bedframe with headboard, a nightstand and a dresser/chest. We will also have plenty of King size linens, a Peacock Alley bed spread, sheets, and nice towels and as mentioned - amazing baskets and other luxurious household items for sale as well. We will also have a beautiful Pendleton oversized blanket available for purchase here - right in the heart of living room, on the saddle leather chair...

This household features multiple all 100% wool rugs for sale in different sizes and designs. We'll have 8x10, 5x7, small entry rugs and runners, among others. Please note that most of the house decorations and accents are focused on Southwestern and Cowboy theme, with different Arizona symbols, posters, art, statues throughout the rooms. One of the eye catching items here is a rustic wicker lamp with wood wicker base, copper accent on top and a suede-like shade.
