House, 3 car garages and a storage shed full of treasures. Home owner was a long time collector of antiques, bringing most of his collection with him in the 1980’s from the East Coast.
1930 Dramatic Patriotic Bronze Statue of an athlete with sword holding an American flag, titled “Pro Patria ” by Henry Hering. Measures 4 1/2’ tall and 2 feet wide.
Hepplewhite style drop leaf dining room table with silverware drawer and 8 chairs. Several side tables, a console table, side servers, ornate pie crust table, locking Mahogany 2 door step back China cabinet, French hand painted nesting tables and matching end table and coffee table with glass tops. Hand carved Jacobean arm chair.
Beautiful ornately carved low boy and high boy dressers and matching mirror. Chinese Chippendale curio with side door openings. Several Victorian chairs. Small tilt top table. Curved back 3 cushion small sofa. Ornate pedestal kitchen table. 4 bentwood side chairs. Small tilt top game table, federal period mirror, Federal style high boy dresser, music cabinet, locking front loading sliding glass door curio. Full size carved Federal style bed. Wonderful Chinese Chippendale vanity stool.
French hand painted and ormolu China cabinet. Ormolu inlaid 2 tiered serving table. Walnut marble top Eastlake dresser. Various music cabinets.
Ornately hand carved Victorian side chair with black needlepoint seat. Chinese black lacquer tall display cabinet. Chinese Chippendale coffee table with mirrored top.
c. 1910 Edison Diamond Disc upright talking machine with 2 drawers and approximately 70 records. Duncan Phyfe 2 door corner cabinet. Lester Philadelphia spinet piano and stool. Marxophone instrument in original box. Melodian by Whitney and Greer Meadville, PA.
As you can see from the pictures this house is packed. Victorian and pre WWII beautiful glassware is in abundance. The owner was an avid collector of beautiful things. There’s art, hundreds, maybe over a thousand books on many subjects. Hundreds of pieces of vintage sheet music. Light fixtures, many lamps and lamp parts., tools, garage and lawn care items. Seriously way to much to list. The pictures speak volumes. There are also newer appliances - refrigerator, washer and dryer. There are record albums., both 33 1/3 rpm and 78 rpm’s.
