Antique 19th-century European “bureau à gradin”-style writing desk with many small drawers and compartments along the back and sides.

Condition is good, but it does have some nicks, chips (see photo), and scratches, and the finish on the top is peeling a little (see photo).

Front drawer has lock and key. Inlays on drawers. Legs have small, elegant wheels. Gold-embellished writing surface. Appears to be entirely original.
