Sold Items must be picked up no later than one hour prior to the end of sale day. We do NOT handle shipping, moving or storage of any items!
If you have paid for an item and have not picked it up by one hour before the close of the sale, you will forfeit any monies paid, unless pick up arrangements have been made prior to the close of the sale.

As always REMEMBER: You are entering a private home at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents while you are on the premises. You must be able to walk up stairs, hills, inclines, over rough pavement, on uneven flooring etc. on your own or bring your own appropriate assistance. Children of any age must be accompanied by a responsible adult!
