Tumbleweed Auction Terms and Conditions

All items are sold "As Is, Where Is" without any warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the seller or auctioneer. Items become your property when Auctioneer says “Sold” and your bidder number is recorded; items are your responsibility at that point. Any item left unclaimed, whether paid or unpaid, fourteen days after auction ends, becomes sole property of Tumbleweed Auction and buyer waives all claims to said merchandise.
Bidders should inspect all items themselves to determine the accuracy, genuineness, authenticity, description, weight, count, measure or condition of any of the lots prior to bidding. DO NOT rely on catalog photos, physical, written or verbal descriptions for bidding. The failure of any bidder to inspect or to be fully informed as to the condition of the property will not constitute grounds for any claim or demand for adjustment or withdrawal of bid. Your Bid is a binding contract.
The auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not responsible for acts of its principals. Buyers must register prior to bidding at this auction. All bidders must provide a company name (if applicable) or person, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address. Tumbleweed Auction reserves the right to deny access or accept a bid from any bidder or potential bidder.
By registering you represent and warrant that any and all buyer information is correct and agree to all conditions including, but not limited to: Tumbleweed Auction, LLC terms and conditions, payment terms, conditions and any additional conditions set forth, verbally or written at this auction. Tumbleweed Auction is Not Responsible for Accidents. Please see posted signs for any additional conditions. 5% Buyers Premium Added To All Items Purchased. Local Tax is collected.
