Memory Lane Estate Sale starts Wed Oct 7

This week's sale is Weds-Friday, October 7th-9th at 21603 North 158th Drive in Sun City West. We're open 8am-2pm. This is a beautiful home, filled with beautiful stuff (furnished mostly from Robb & Stucky's), and I love just about everything here.  Hopefully you'll find something you love too! 

NOTEWORTHY ITEMS: 

• Kenmore 90 Series top-load washer. Model #110.26912691
• Kenmore 90 Series dryer #110.69442892 
• 2002 Dodge Durango SUV SXT V8. 180k miles but in excellent condition. $3200 or highest bid. 
• Nancy Glazier's "Elk Ridge" framed canvas with overhead light. Signed & numbered 100/295 with Certificate of Authenticity. 

BEDROOM FURNITURE:

• Drexel Heritage bedroom suite: Queen 4-Poster bed includes headboard, footboard and side rails.12-drawer dresser with beveled glass mirror and burlwood top; 2 nightstands.  This is a gorgeous set, and everything is priced separately. 
• Broyhill lingerie chest and 2 Broyhill 3-drawer dressers. There's a 2-drawer nightstand that looks similar to the Broyhill, but we haven't found a brand name on it.
• 2 Arnold Palmer Collection by Lexington Furniture 4-drawer dressers/nightstands.
• A large quilt rack and a few quilts.
• Twin-size Sealy "Posturepedic" mattress & spring. 

LIVING ROOM FURNITURE (all of this is really nice):

• Robb & Stucky brand furniture: rolled-arm sofa and matching love seat in tan & sage stripe; 2 upholstered chairs in beige & burgundy floral; Michael Thomas from Robb & Stucky leather storage ottoman with nailhead trim that's on castors (the tufted top of the ottoman opens up for storage).  
• Barcalounger leather sofa bed with nailhead trim. In dark brown. 
• La-Z-Boy navy blue leather rocker recliner.
• Drexel Heritage LR furniture: 2 armless upholstered chairs in tan & ivory floral; light wood telephone stand/nightstand. 
• Lexington credenza/buffet in medium wood.  
• Blue & white stripe love seat with a pull-out Simmons twin mattress (it's basically a love seat sofa bed). 
• A very clever home office desk/armoire by Sligh Furniture (Holland, MI). I'm posting 3 pics to help describe it. Basically, it looks like a large armoire in a light colored antique wood with all 4 doors closed. The fold-back doors provide different options to use (or disguise) what parts you want to. There's upper/lower shelves and lower filing cabinets inside with a space for your laptop or TV in the middle. 
• Sligh Furniture desk with inlayed leather top coordinates with the home office armoire listed above. 
• Corner Baker's Rack in metal, wood and glass.
• Office furniture: white-washed computer desk with upper bookshelves; HON navy blue office chair; 2 small filing cabinets. 

TABLES:

• Drexel Heritage pedestal round dining room table with scalloped edge and inlaid burlwood top. Set includes 1 leaf and 4 chairs. 
• 2 really nice round foyer/end tables in medium wood and 2 glass-top end tables w/ bronze-colored metal bases.
• Round dinette with pedestal base, 1 leaf and 4 black & tan upholstered barrel chairs on castors. 
• Fancy square coffee table and end table have French-carved wood bases with dark marble insets on the tops. Probably purchased from Robb & Stucky but there are no tags to prove it. 
• Wood coffee table that doubles as a game table (the drawers pull out as game boards). Pretty cool. 
• Many other nice end tables and accent tables, including a Henredon hallway table. 
• Meco blue card table and 4 metal folding chairs with upholstered seats. 

PATIO:

• It's kind of a mish-mash of tables and chairs. For tables, there's a square one in green/black metal w/ a dark green glass top, a black metal round one with a mottled glass top, and a green metal round table w/ mottled glass top. 
• 4 mesh swivel rockers in dark brown metal; 4 swivel rocker armchairs in black & tan mesh; 4 black metal armchairs w/ off-white seat & back cushions.
• Miscellaneous plastic patio furniture and some patio decor.  

MISCELLANEOUS:

• Kitchenware and small appliances: 2 Hitachi bread machines; Cuisinart blender/food processor; Calphalon pots & pans; Crate & Barrel white dishes; Family Settings green ceramic dishes; 3 sets of flatware, and a set of 6 Carvel Hall steak knives in red case 
• ​Nambe vase, Romanian colored wine goblets, Rosewood Aneroid Barometer and other pretty stuff.
• Lots of tasteful lamps (many are in pairs but priced separately), mirrors and framed art. 
• Ladies' clothing in size L/12: Chico's; Talbots; Ralph Lauren; Izod; jackets by L.L. Bean and Carole Little. Enzo and Naturalizer shoes in size 10N. 
• Kenmore zig-zag sewing machine #1400 with table; 4 sy of 54" fabric; sewing notions.  
• Linens: mostly twin size; mattress toppers including a king-size 2.5" gel foam pad (these retail around $100).  
• ​Toiletries and a vintage Maurice Utrillo Hanes satin box.
• Many nice silk plants, floral arrangements and decorative baskets.
• Oversized photographic books to impress your guests, along with regular books, CDs, and office supplies. 
• ​2 "Fit Chair" balance ball desk chairs. These things retail $70-100 so you should definitely buy one as a Christmas gift for that special someone in your life who has everything they don't need :)  Seriously though, they're supposed to help your back and strengthen your core.

• Lots and lots of nice Christmas stuff. Brands include House of Lloyd, some Dept. 56, Lemax Village Collection, Willow Tree Angels, Village Collection by St. Nicholas Square.
• Christmas trees by Thomas Kincade and Danbury Mint. 
• Christmas linens, vests and sweaters.
• Lighted small Christmas trees, many ornaments, decorations, wreaths and nativity scenes.

DIRECTIONS FROM BELL ROAD & RH JOHNSON: Go northwest on RH Johnson for 3.8 miles til you reach 151st Avenue. Turn right onto 151st and stay on that for .6 mile. Turn left onto White Horse Drive and drive .5 mile until it ends at White Horse and 158th Drive. We're on the NE corner of White Horse and 158th Drive in the cul-de-sac. 

As always, we don't allow pre-sales or previews, so every single thing listed in this ad will be available for sale at 8am on the first day of the sale. From there on out, it's first-come, first-serve so try to get there as early as possible if you have your heart set on something.
