Entry to all our sales is always limited to the number that the home can safely and securely accomodate. We apologize if you have to wait in line but that is the nature of professionally run estate sales. We have an obligation to protect our client's home and contents.
Please be aware of your surroundings and others, as we are not responsible for accidents. Park responsibly and respect the neighboring lawns and right of way. Driveway parking is for those loading furniture only.
We accept cash and credit or debit cards. All items sold "As Is" and "Where They Stand". No exchanges or refunds and all sales are final. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please bring assistance to help you move or dismantle large items. We have dollies and small furniture rollers available for your use but you need to supply the muscle. If you can't load it, please don't buy it.

1971 VW Beetle - bright orange paint (repainted) and cute as a "BUG" - manual - good interior - shows 40K - Arizona car - .good tires and brakes - runs and drives. Does not need emissions testing.
1980 Mercedes 300SD - turbo diesel - clean body and interior - 188K - runs good and drives - no dents. Passed emissions 2 years ago when it was tested.
