WE ACCEPT CASH, DEBIT, VISA, MASTERCARD, & DISCOVER. A 10% buyer's premium plus sales tax will be added to all items sold. A 14% buyer's premium (plus tax if applicable) will be added if using a card displaying "Corporate" or "Business".

BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS AND ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 3 HOURS AFTER AUCTION.

Dealers & Re-salers: To be tax exempt, you must bring with you a copy of your ARIZONA RESALE LICENSE for us to keep on file, as well as complete and sign Arizona Form 5000. You must resale what you buy from my auctions to be tax exempt.

Winning bidder of vehicles must have $500 CASH deposit per vehicle (not debit, credit or check) as soon as Auctioneer says sold.

BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS WITH BUYERS NOT REGISTERING ESTATE VEHICLES IN A TIMELY MANNER, WAYNE WILL MEET NEW OWNER SATURDAY DIRECTLY AFTER THE AUCTION OR MONDAY MORNING WITH ALL PAPERWORK TO REGISTER VEHICLE AND RECEIVE BALANCE OF PAYMENT VIA CASH OR CERTIFIED FUNDS.  WAYNE WILL MEET NEW OWNER ON SATURDAY ONLY IF CAR IS PAID IN FULL.

The Auction on Saturday will be held completely outside.  Only tabled items and some clothing will be sold on Saturday.

 FOR SECURITY REASONS, NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE ON SATURDAY EXCEPT TO USE THE REST ROOMS.

On Sunday, we will sell the box lots outside first, then head inside to sell the furniture and remaining household items and clothing

Items selling on Saturday:  Both cars, Glassware, designer purses, woman’s shoes size 7 ½ M, and a portion of the women’s clothing (all in excellent condition).  Clothing sizes Medium/10-12 Petite.  

Items selling on Sunday: All home furnishing items (furniture and box lots), and the remainder of the women’s clothing that includes several furs (all in excellent condition).  Clothing sizes Medium/10-12 Petite


Items for sale include:  Mt. Washington lamp, antique slag lamp, 2 display cabinets, bowed glass display case, 2 spool cabinets, like-new dining set, like-new dinette, FABULOUS antique mantel clock, Gingerbread clock, 2 antique acorn pull chest of draws, 40+ Hummels and Hummel plates, brides basket, pole light with 3 cranberry hobnail shades, 2 antique hand painted hanging lamps, like new Thomasville bedroom set, like-new Lazy Boy recliners, 6-month old washer/dryer, 3 balloon backed chairs, women’s higher-end clothing and shoes, furs, leather coats, box lots filled with very good quality and clean items.
