Auction Rules / Terms and Conditions:
By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all of these terms & conditions, and any other announced terms and conditions of sale or rules of this site. Arizona law will apply to all legal disputes.
• All SALES are FINAL, we sell everything AS-IS, WHERE IS. It is the Buyer / Bidders responsibility to inspect the merchandise during the preview / inspection period. Any refunds for merchandise will be determined at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer.
• Transfer of Merchandise: Buyer / Bidder agrees that they are responsible for the merchandise and that ownership conveys to the bidder the second the Auction says “Sold” or drops the “Hammer” or time expires for online bidding.
• Buyer’s Premium: Buyer understands and agrees that the 21% buyer's premium per Lot purchased will be automatically included in the final settlement figure, and the buyer will be required to pay all applicable taxes, or other fees levied by any authority.
• Sales Tax: State Sales Tax Law, if applicable, will be applied. However, our auction gallery location enables us to offer buyers some of the lowest sales tax rates in Arizona! By being located in Sun City Arizona we are able to extend a sales tax rate of only 6.3%. This can result in a savings of up to almost 4% in sales taxes when compared to other auction houses and auctioneers.
• Shipping Terms: For out of town buyers, once we have received your payment your purchase will be turned over to Westside Mail Center our exclusive shipping provider. Westside Mail Center will proactively reach out to you to arrange packing, shipping and insurance.
• Payment Types: Acceptable forms of payment are Credit, Debit Card or Cash upon pick-up. Local checks or cashier checks are not accepted without prior approval from Bradford's. Complete payment is required day of auction or upon receipt of notification of a successful bid (if bidding as absentee, phone or online bidder). All online bidders will have the card on file charged the 4 days after receipt of an invoice, unless prior communication has been made. Items not paid for after the 5 days following sale are deemed non-collectable and bidder is marked as a nonpaying bidder and could be banned from future auctions
• Tax Exempt Dealers: To be tax exempt, you must bring with you a copy of your ARIZONA RESALE LICENSE for us to keep on file, as well as complete and sign Arizona Form 5000 A.
