Shop lifting will not be tolerated. We may use whatever security measures we believe are needed, including: video surveillance & recording,
alarm systems, and use of loss prevention staff.
High value items such as jewelry, coins, and weapons are not left in the home.
While this is a rare occurrence, the Estate staff has total discretion not to allow someone into the
sale or to ask someone to leave immediately.
Sale hours. If we are ready, we may open the doors a few minutes early. Fifteen minutes before it’s time to close we will begin directing people
toward the register with their purchases.
Payment
Preferred payment is either cash or Zelle.
Visa & Mastercard may be accepted, with a 3% convenience fee added to the sale total.
Your Purchases
All items are sold “As Is”. After you’ve taken your purchases from the estate there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
You are responsible for removing and transporting your items from the estate. Bring help if you need it.
We will start the sale with a supply of wrap for fragile items and bags/boxes. When our supply is gone, it’s gone. You may want to bring some
one with you in the event we’ve run out.
We don’t deliver. However, we can give you the name & phone number for a delivery service.
Delivery fees are not included in the purchase price. You pay those fees directly to the movers.
