Terrific SUN CITY Estate Sale!

Get ready, folks, ‘cause we have a really fantastic sale for you this week! The sale will be held in the area of Boswell and Bell in Sun City. The address is: 10113 W Campana Dr, Sun City. The sale is on Friday and Saturday, December 12th and 13th, from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Call this one “Small but Spectacular!” This is a one bedroom condo, so be prepared for a little bit of a squeeze, but it is just FULL of wonderful stuff! A lot of the items in this sale are like-new…some never used at all. There is a lot in this sale for those who like to enjoy the outdoors, and the indoors as well.

There is some terrific furniture here! We have a sumptuous Hancock and Moore cordovan leather recliner chair that is just gorgeous, and OH so comfortable. We also have a Crate & Barrel striped upholstered arm chair, a mustard yellow sofa, and some fabulous colorful geometric cube ottomans. There is a large rectangular coffee table, too. There are several lovely adjustable floor lamps, including a brand new Crate and Barrel “Simon” lamp. There are swing arm lamps and two beautiful Crate & Barrel metal wall sculptures as well. In the bedroom we have a 2006 Sealy Posturepedic Metcalf Twin Pillow Top mattress and boxpring set, a Henry Link Wicker chest of drawers, bookshelves, a fabulous Pendleton Blanket, and more. To furnish your home office we have a like-new IKEA “Jonas” computer desk, an IKEA 2 drawer storage unit, an IKEA office chair with “dots” back, and an IKEA 3 drawer storage unit. There is some TERRIFIC patio furniture too. This furniture is BRAND-NEW, never used. There is a Tropitone Double Glider, a Tropitone chair and ottoman, and matching tile-top accent tables. This furniture has literally never even been sat on! There is also a terrific bistro set with two chairs, and a fabulous outdoor recliner chair. (The sofa table that was originally shown in the pictures is not available. Evidently this had been borrowed from a family friend and had to be returned. Sorry for the confusion.)

There are some very nice electronics to be found here too! There is a spectacular 2006 Sony Grand Wega Rear Projection 3LCD 50” Flat Screen HD TV with stand. This has an amazing picture! There is also a Sony Wega KLV-S23A10 12” LCD HD-Ready Flat Panel TV that is just prefect for the bedroom or den. There is a Sony 17" TFT Active Matrix Flat Panel display monitor (it is also wall-mountable!), a Sony Dual DVD/VHS player (RDR-VX515), an HP C4385 Photosmart All in One with wireless capability, a Royal HT700X paper shredder, a Miele S251 Canister Vacuum (like-new!) and more.

For outdoorsman we have plenty to catch your eye! There is a superb Rans V recumbent bike that is in fantastic condition. (This bike retails over $1500.) We have lots and lots of backpacking, camping, and hiking items. (All that outdoorsy stuff.) There is a Thule bike rack, and a Yakima storage roof rack that is just great for hauling extra stuff. There is a Browning Gold Medallion Graphite “Backpacker” fishing rod, camping hammock, camp dishes and cookware, survival kits, backpacks, and more. There are two very nice tennis rackets in cases; a VOIKL DNX 1 Power Arm racket that is like-new, and a VOIKL Catapult 1. For the marksman there is a beautiful, like-new Winchester 94AE Trail's End 357 Mag rifle with soft case. We have a new addition to the sale! There is a second bike available now, a Scott Scale Concept mountain bike. (Black, Scale 40). The client was originally planning to keep this but changed his mind. This is a great bike!

If you prefer to get your workout INSIDE, we have a really terrific rowing machine at this sale. This is a space saving machine that gives you a maximum workout in a minimum of space. It is a Concept 2 Model C rower. The Model C is no longer available retail, but the Model D retails at $900 and up.

Now that you have done your workout, it is time to broaden your mind! To help with that, we have lots of books at this sale!! There are many, many books about the Grand Canyon (some vintage), and other canyons around Arizona. There are a lot of books about Arizona, and Arizona history. We have books on Ireland, Irish history, and other travel related books. There are books on hiking and hiking trails, Geology, and so much more.

There is a TON of really high quality men’s clothing at this sale. The tops are mostly L and XL, and the pants are mostly waist 36 and 38. Shoes are 10.5. There are tons of clothes by J.Peterman, REI, Patagonia, POLO, Banana Republic, Orvis, Carhartt, Gramicci, 511 Tactical, Neiman Marcus, and more. There are lots of high quality J Peterman, Orvis, and Polo T Shirts; every color of the rainbow! Blazers, jackets, fleece, cashmere, T shirts, dress shirts, leather, dress pants, outdoor gear, and so much more. There are also tons of hats (Filson, Stetson, Golden Gate, and more), baseball caps, belts, shoes, boots, and more. You could really find some great gifts for the man in your life here, and everything is in fantastic condition. Some of it looks like it was never worn!

We have just gotten word that we will be able to offer you some fantastic jewelry at this sale as well! We have secured a consignment of fine and costume jewelry from another estate and will have it for you at this sale. There is LOTS of Vintage and modern fine jewelry, and some costume! We have a some stunning rings; Diamonds, Sapphire, Ruby, Emeralds, and more. There are pieces in 10K, 14K and 18K. We have Black Hills Gold Rings, Mexican Sterling, Native American sterling, Sterling, Turquoise, and so much more. There are mostly bracelets and rings. There is a Delaware Watch Co Railroad Pocket Watch, Masonic items, a gorgeous 14K white gold and diamond vintage Bulova watch, and more. Jewelry will not be kept at the sale property until the day of the sale. The jewelry will be in a case and only one person at a time can be served at the jewelry case.
